    MBUX Interior Assistant.

    The image shows a visualisation of the MBUX Interior Assistant function in the EQC.

    Enjoy contactless operating comfort: this innovative system detects and interprets your hand and arm movements. This means you can activate selected functions in a matter of seconds. For example to call up your personal favourites menu: simply make a "V" with your index and middle fingers. The system is able to differentiate between driver and front passenger – so that you reach precisely the menus you wish to use.

    Voice control.

    "Hey Mercedes." This is how you launch the natural voice control system. It responds to almost every word. The system can even process indirect speech – the climate control for example will respond to "I feel cold", for example, and increase the temperature setting. In the EQC you can also programme charging via LINGUATRONIC online voice control e.g. "charge to 85 percent", or ask about the range. The voice control is capable of learning, is constantly updated and even understands dialects.

    Touch control concept.

    MBUX offers you maximum freedom to control numerous functions in the way most comfortable for you. With intuitive touch control, for example. In the EQC, the multimedia display is available as a touchscreen, and a touchpad is additionally integrated into the centre console that responds to single- and multi-finger gestures as well as handwriting. And you can even apply all important settings via the Touch Control buttons on the steering wheel without having to take your hands off the wheel.

    Display styles.

    Every EQC cockpit will probably look different because of maximum individualisation. You can arrange and design the displays in the instrument cluster according to your own personal tastes. There are three display styles available for visual appearance: Modern Classic, Sport and Electric Art with informative colour changes.

      Smartphone Integration.

      Smartphone Integration merges the mobile phone with the infotainment system via Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto. This gives you convenient access to the most important apps on your smartphone. You can also use apps from third-party service providers such as Spotify quickly and easily.

      Wireless charging.

      Driving time becomes charging time. Optionally, you can have an inductive charging surface in the centre console. You can conveniently leave your smartphone here and charge it wirelessly**.

      Digital Vehicle Key.

      You can open, start and lock the EQC without a normal key. Optionally, an NFC antennae (Near Field Communication) can be integrated into the door handle. Then vehicle access authorisation and a suitable smartphone are all you need***.
